Web Site Packages
Basic:
The basic package includes a personalized web page linked to the master portal site. A unique web address, such as www.trams.com/yourname is provided along with an email address. It also includes a free listing in the primary provider's online directory.
Standard:
The standard package includes your own domain name, such as www.yourname.com, and a five page personalized web site linked to the master portal site. It also includes five email addresses and a free listing in the online directory of the primary provider.
Premium:
The premium package contains your own domain name, such as www.yourname.com, a dozen personalized web pages linked to the master portal, and ten email addresses. It also includes a free listing in the online directory.
Custom:
Custom solutions designed exclusively for indivdual companies and agents are available and can be linked to existing sites as well as the master portal.
Optional Packages
Customer Care Package:
The customer care package includes web-based request for quote forms, preferred customer registration and mailing list manager, guest book, and interactive question and answer forum.
Promotion Package:
The promotion package includes premium listing within the master portal, monthly submital to the major internet search engines, and inclusion in various online "yellow" pages.
Administration Package:
The optional administrative management package provides advanced management of agents and the web site. Real-time reports are automatically generated and always available via secure connection to determine current and histrorical web activity, as well as agent resource utilization and customer interaction.
Interactive Package:
This package is designed to bring the live element and truly personalized service to the web with real-time interactive chat as well as audio/video presentation and conferencing directly with your customers and remote agents.
Language Package:
The optional language package offers multi-lingual support for the personalized web site and utilities. Available languages include French, Spanish, German, Italian, Norwegian, and Portuguese.

West Coast Web Adventures' AgentsLive system creates and maintains individual websites for specific market segments and their primary provider. An example of this would be an insurance or travel company and their agents, or a property management firm and their tenants.
To use the system, the primary provider creates a master account that agents can then access as a customized portal. Agents in turn then decide the look, feel, and content of their own personalized web site. Numerous options are available to enhance their presence and maximize their interaction with their customers.
After the agent has selected their site options, the system generates a personalized web site with their own unique address that can be given out to their customers. If they already have a web site, the system will automatically link to their existing site and provide them with enhanced features.

In addition to a personalized web site, AgentsLive provides several additional options, including Site Promotion, Customer Care, Administrative Management, and AgentsLive Audio/Video customer interaction.
The entire setup process is straight-forward and can be completed in a matter of a few minutes. Even the addition of advanced features will not prevent your site from being available almost immediately.
